What is Time Warner thinking? Why is the giant cable company picking on Texas residents, and do they honestly think their customers are going to put up with these ridiculous business tactics? First I hear that they are planning to charge based on bandwidth usage, now I hear rumors they may charge based on content! Why do they want their customers to leave?
