This is great, being able to watch the WWDC Steve Jobs keynote in 60 seconds versus 1 hour and 47 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, I think Steve is a very influential speaker, but there’s just something about getting it all in such a short span of time that appeals to me. Sphere: Related Content

YubiKey

I’m impressed by this little device called the Yubikey which is the creation of a company called Yubico. Image via Wikipedia If you “write a lot” on the web and you would like to have a chance to read Encyclopedia Britannica for free (something that you can already do with wikipedia) than go submit your URL and they just might consider you a publisher! I agree with Michael Arrington at TechCrunch, this is [...]

Google App Engine

There’s been a ton of buzz around the recently announced Google App Engine. Various blogs have covered it including TechCrunch for which I’m a huge fan. One article talks about the experience of developing a simple application, while another article talks about the App Engine service specifically. I’ve taken the time to understand and read [...]

Inspiring Linux Commercial
April 4th, 2008 · No Comments
If this were a real Linux commercial it might be effective, but there are going to be those in the Linux community who will argue that at it’s core Linux was not intended to be a Windows replacement rather an alternative OS for a “Specific Audience”. I do like the simplicity of the commercial though. [...]
